Hi, Well.. I stumbled onto this guestbook.. and site in perculiar way. I am an onlinesupport technician.. and I am based in Canada.. The company I work for has contracts with many ISP's and they also have a Webhosting tech support.. and I was reading the transcript that you posted on http://jimbosworld.org/sections/articles/ and to say the least I was a bit flabbergasted as to the responses you got back from Andy.. although.. it isn't uncommon for webhosters to ask for a written cancellation.. it was just shitty that you were with an overseas company.. I would never in a million years become a Webhosting Support Tech.. that is just crazy shit.. my good friend just transferred to that section.. and personaly I think that she is crazy.. ah well, I just wanted to say that it is unfortuante that you had to go through all that shit.. but just so that you know..... I have heard crazier horror stories.. and no matter how long you would have held on to that shovel.. you would have lost in the end.. it is so not worth the pain... and stress to even try to compromise with situations like that.. actually I can't believe that you went on for the amount of time that you did. good luck with your new webhoster.. and btw.. your site is wicked.. Scary.......very freaking scary. I work with a lady that looks almost identical to the freezer lady. Does this person happen to be missing a couple of teeth by any chance? I know it's not the same person but they say that everyone has a twin and I do believe that I've found the twin of my fucked up co- worker. God she scares me and now I saw her on your freaking website.
