That chick is most definitely suckin' on some sushi. Eel, that is. See how on the left side of the picture the "object" in question tapers to a point? That's the eel's tail (one of the tails anyway). The Dark "object" is the top of one of the eels, and the white one is the bottom of another eel. How, you ask, do I know this? Have I been to The Red Light District to verify this, in person (note the ".ne" at the end of the URL. Crazy tulip lovers.)? No, but I did work in a pet store specializing in aquarium sales some time ago, and have come across more than a few eels in my day. Also note that many fish have dark upper sides and light bottoms for camouflage, just like the formerly mysterious things going down that sicko's throat.
